The Enneagram helps teams recognize and value the different motivations each person brings to the table. By embracing diverse perspectives, organizations can achieve stronger outcomes. FORMAT

The full Enneagram at Work program is 9 hours. You can choose a schedule that works best for your group, for example:

  • One hour intro, followed by 2 four-hour sessions
  • One hour intro, followed by 3 two-hour and forty-minute sessions
  • We also offer a 4-hour workshop for a more condensed experience

 

LOCATION

The Center for Immersive Leadership can deliver programs:

  • On-site at the CIL group-friendly spaces
  • At your organization. We’ll come to you!
  • Off-site, such as a local venue, park shelter, or co-working space
  • Virtually 

OTHER INFO:

  • Accommodates groups of all sizes
  • Each participant receives an Enneagram assessment and program materials to keep.
