Heart to Heart Leadership is taking steps to resume operations as an independent non-profit organization. This transition comes after thoughtful collaboration and reflection, with a shared understanding that moving forward separately will best support the long-term missions of both Heart to Heart and United Way Summit & Medina.

The Center for Immersive Leadership builds on the work of United Way of Summit & Medina and Heart to Heart Leadership, combining decades of experience developing leaders, more than a century of service and partnership, and a deep understanding of our community and its greatest needs.
