Charmaine D. Rice is a collaborative and energetic leader who thrives on helping teams optimize performance. With extensive experience in workshop facilitation, human resources, instructional design, leadership development, mentoring, organizational development, call center management and training, change management, and team building, she believes that diversity inspires innovation and is the secret to sustainable success for individuals, teams, and organizations.
Charmaine earned a master’s degree from Cleveland State University in Psychology with a specialization in Diversity Management and Organizational Leadership. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Wright State University in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations.
She currently works as the Senior Vice President, Learning, Development & Diversity for AmTrust Financial Services, Inc.
Charmaine is a lifelong learner – she spends her free time reading, taking classes, and traveling. She lives with her husband live just outside of Cleveland, Ohio. Between them, they have three adult sons – an entrepreneur, a middleware engineer, and a rising college junior studying industrial engineering technology.
