Andrea Capuano is the owner of Capuano Consulting, a boutique consulting practice that specializes in identifying and nurturing leaders in all phases of development.
She began her career at ComDoc, an office solutions provider headquartered in Ohio as a Payroll/Benefits Administrator. During her tenure she assumed responsibility for Human Resources, Payroll, Corporate Administrative Support and oversaw the administration and management of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). She also led the Customer Service, Leadership and Sales Training functions, ending her time with ComDoc as Vice President of Organizational Development. While in this function, she co-created multiple programs, including ComDoc’s women’s leadership group, called Inspire, ComDoc’s emerging leaders program called splash!, Global Imaging/XBS’s Global Leaders Institute and a special program gifted to a local high school called Developing Leaders of Tomorrow. She transitioned from ComDoc to Xerox where she co-led an elite international pre-executive leadership program called Vista. Her partnership with Giombetti Associates, a leadership firm with the sole purpose and mission of helping people grow, began in the early 2000’s as a client of their firm. She has since joined them as a coach, facilitator and practitioner of their trademarked Performance Dynamics® process.
Her previous service in the community includes years with the Business Advisory Board at Malone University and with the Pro Football Hall of Fame Autograph Committee. She is currently a founding member of Women’s Impact, Inc., and a volunteer for Whispering Grace Horse Farm.
