Amy is a strategic thinker, educator, and creative leader who is passionate about uplifting others. As Vice President of Strategy & Operations, she designs and facilitates programs that help individuals, workplaces, and communities further their impact. She also supports Heart to Heart Leadership’s long-term vision while overseeing day-to-day operations to keep the organization running smoothly..

Amy earned a bachelor’s degree from Walsh University and a master’s in Leadership and Communication, with a concentration in Organizational Change, from Gonzaga University. She is deeply committed to lifelong learning and practices a human-centered leadership style rooted in cura personalis—care for the whole person. Her work history, life lessons, and academic journey have equipped her with the tools to navigate complex organizational challenges while maintaining a focus on people, purpose, and positive impact.

Amy’s background spans education, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She has taught both in high school classrooms and as an adjunct professor at Kent State University. For seventeen years, she ran a successful business, producing commercial and personal photography for individuals, brands, and local and national organizations.

Outside of work, Amy and her husband stay busy with their three kids. She finds joy in hiking, traveling, and spending time with good friends.
