Heart to Heart Facilitator

Andre was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Andre received his Bachelors in Business Administration-Management from John Carroll University, his MBA from Cleveland State University, and Master of Arts in Christian Studies-Pastoral Leadership from Crown College. Andre brings over two decades of corporate, nonprofit, and executive leadership experience. He brings passion and expertise in equipping leaders, raising empathy for marginalized communities, and helping people become the best versions of themselves.

Andre has been connected to the Akron community since 2014. Andre has spent the majority of his time in Akron as part of United Way of Summit & Medina where served nearly nine years in several roles within the community impact, diversity, equity & inclusion, and executive leadership teams. Throughout his tenure, he was most noted for leading the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion work, and the Bridges Summit County initiative. Through these initiatives, Andre has trained and consulted several thousands of professionals across corporate and social service sectors in the Greater Akron area and beyond– working through dynamics of generational poverty, and creating inclusive environments within organizations and communities. Andre left United Way in 2025 to pursue full-time vocational ministry, and currently serves as a licensed pastor in the Cleveland, OH area.

Along with pastoral ministry, Andre is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and lifetime certified Bridges Out of Poverty facilitator. He is also a graduate of Leadership Akron’s Signature Class 38, and a previous recipient of the Greater Akron Chamber’s 30 for the Future. In his spare time, Andre loves to travel and do life with his wife Roneisha, and three lovely daughters, Raya, Aria, and Averi. Andre currently resides in Cleveland, OH but forever holds Akron close to his heart!
