Kimberly has built bridges between people for as long as she can remember. She continues this passion as the founder of Mosaic Insights Consulting, LLC. She works avidly to build a foundation of understanding and acceptance to replace barriers with bridges between people of all cultures, ethnicities, faiths, abilities, and sexual orientations.
As a consultant, facilitator, and trainer, Kimberly designs and delivers customized programs, processes, and importantly, conversations to create multi ethnic awareness, build cultural intelligence, dismantle the “‘isms,” and recognize and unlearn unconscious bias.
With over 25 years of Human Resources leadership, consulting, coaching, and facilitator experience Kimberly has worked with Fortune 500 corporations, new business startups, small and mid-size companies, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and schools.
She earned an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Human Resources from Indiana University and a BA in Psychology and Communications from the University of Cincinnati. She has a certificate in Fundraising and Nonprofit Development from UCLA. The Cultural Intelligence Center has certified Kimberly as a practitioner and train-the-trainer in Cultural Intelligence and Unconscious Bias.
Raised in the greater Cleveland area, after 20-plus years in sunny, beachy Santa Monica, California, Kimberly and her family came home for a five-day visit in 2013. They lost their way back and have found themselves enjoying the ease, friendliness, and opportunities provided by Midwest living.
